The novel centers on a love story set in South Florida, focusing on New Jersey native Tony Gallina. His association with a nefarious cocaine dealer nearly cost him his life. Tony becomes involved with the Florida mob and discovers the extent of their greed and craving for wealth and power with illicit boiler rooms in which worthless gems are sold by telephone, cheating people out of tens of thousands of dollars.
Florida Dirty! leads up to the longest federal trial in America's history. Gallicchio was born in Newark, N.J. and he currently resides in Kenilworth, N.J. with his wife Teresa. He has three daughters a step daughter a step son and six grandchildren. He is a retired union organizer, as well as a 32nd degree Freemason and a Shriner. He currently serves as an arbitrator with New Jersey's State Board of Mediation. Gallicchio loves boating, baseball and playing chess. Florida Dirty! is his first book, and he's currently working on a second book "Men Without Redemption."
